It’s an understatement to call President Obama ‘delusional’ when it comes to his ISIS non-strategy. After all, the man once referred to them as the ‘JV team’ and twice said that he had no working plan to defeat the terrorist group, after he had already introduced a plan that didn’t work.
Now Obama is blaming Republicans for serving as a recruiting tool for ISIS terrorists. Not radical Islamic terrorists themselves mind you, Republicans.
So that one word keeps standing out time and again in describing Obama’s plan to combat ISIS – delusional.
Here are some examples of major political players calling the President’s policies and attitude toward the terror group ‘delusional.’
Carly Fiorina – He’s ‘delusional when he says he has a strategy to win.’
Bill O’Reilly – Flat out asked, ‘Is President Obama delusional?’ He added that the President’s delusion has caused him to lose control of the war on terror.
John McCain – Obama’s approach to ISIS is “a classic case of delusion.”
Charles Krauthammer – “The administration is delusion or cynical. I would hope cynical, because otherwise we’re in deep trouble.”
Charles Krauthammer (2) – On the President’s defense of his ISIS strategy: “What struck me above all was not the misstatement of facts and the delusions about what’s going on, it’s the President’s tone.”
Ralph Peters – On Putin taking the lead in fighting ISIS in Syria: “Obama’s delusional worldview — that of a narrow-shouldered, bleeding-heart undergraduate at a second-rate university — is a gift to Putin that keeps on giving.”
The above group of people are incredibly smart, savvy individuals. There’s no way they can all be wrong in their assessment of Obama, right?
Comment: What do our readers think? Has Obama’s handling of ISIS been nothing short of delusional?
