There’s a new twist in the ongoing investigation of the blast which caused a passenger plane to make an emergency landing in Mogadishu, Somalia, last week.

According to American authorities, the most likely cause was terrorism.

Although the investigation is still ongoing, the main suspect is passenger Abdullahi Abdisalam Borleh, who died in the explosion when he was sucked out of the fuselage.

Tests on the aircraft suggest he smuggled the bomb onto the aircraft in his WHEELCHAIR, and then detonated it soon after take off.

However, the blast was not powerful enough to destroy to the plane, and only Borleh was killed in the explosion, although two others were injured.

If confirmed, this attack would be further proof that Islamic terrorism is spreading across Africa in the wake of Boko Haram’s attacks in Nigeria last year.
