A Chick-Fil-A in Texas is making a bold statement in support of local police officers, and it’s sure to infuriate the Black Lives Matter movement.
Just months after a Dunkin’ Donuts employee wrote ‘#blacklivesmatter’ on a police officer’s coffee cup while another was refused service, and a month after a Starbuck’s refused to allow an officer to use their restroom, Chick-Fil-A is showing they have the backs of law enforcement.
With tensions between the Black Lives Matter movement and law enforcement around the nation still high, the management at a Chick-Fil-A in Texas is making a clear statement as to where they stand.
Recent photos show patrons and employees at a Chick-Fil-A in The Woodlands, Texas, wearing T-shirts with the phrases “Go Blue or Go Home” and “Back the Blue” printed on them.
Advincula said that the restaurant wanted to “show our support for Police Lives Matter” because “they are out on our streets every day.” He added that his Chick-Fil-A location wanted to support the law enforcement community because of all that has been happening recently.

The post explains that the t-shirts are designed to support both the local high school football team AND police officers.

The response from the community to the Texas Chick-Fil-A’s T-shirts has been very positive, according to the Blaze.
One reviewer wrote to their social media page:
