YES! Chris Kyle’s Family’s Prayers FINALLY Answered!

Adding insult to injury, following the death of Chris Kyle, wife Tara Kyle found herself in court fighting Jesse Ventura, the former Minnesota governor and WWE wrestler (then WWF).

Ventura had previously filed a lawsuit against the late Chris Kyle, who tells a story in his book American Sniper that Kyle allegedly got in a bar fight with Ventura in 2006 after Ventura allegedly said that sometimes the Navy “deserves to lose a few” troops. Ventura decided to continue pursuing the lawsuit after Kyle’s passing against his widow, to prove to the rest of us that he’s not such a bad guy after all! Talk about crazy logic.

Ventura appeared to win at first, taking $1.8 million from the lawsuit, including $500,000 for defamation and $1.3 million for unjust enrichment in a case that Tara described as “torture.” That was in May of 2014 – and then karma (or sanity) bit back when a court struck down the judgement on appeal.

Despite his attempts to revive his case, Ventura finally got the smackdown he deserves.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday said it won’t hear arguments brought on behalf of former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura against the estate of slain Navy SEAL and “American Sniper” author Chris Kyle, leaving a lower court’s dismissal of a $1.8 million defamation verdict.

Last June, however, a three-judge panel of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals outright reversed the unjust enrichment verdict and vacated and remanded the defamation judgment after agreeing that Mr. Ventura’s legal team damaged the defendant’s chance of a fair trial by telling jurors an insurance policy would cover the cost of damages awarded in court.

Given that Ventura is the kind of person who would pursue a lawsuit against a grieving widow, I’m going to go ahead and say that I HOPE Chris Kyle’s story is true. Ventura had it coming.

Now, the operation, to discredit Ventura, was beginning to earn dividends, as talk shows on Radio and TV began to side with Kyle on the supposed events, calling Ventura a Crazy Conspiracy Wing Nut. The Boys in Black were truly patting themselves on the back, basking in the glory of psychological warfare victory….right up until the day Jesse Ventura filed a Federal Lawsuit, to put it ALL ON RECORD.
It just so happens, the lawsuit was allowed to go forward, and the Judge told Chris Kyle to be ready to take the stand inside of 3 weeks, and explain himself in the matter….2 weeks before he was murdered.
You See…Chris could lie in a book, lie to a news interviewer, lie to a radio disk jockey…BUT
You, see, the only way out for the ‘WHO’ group, is the actual action that took Chris Kyle out of being able to be sworn into that Court Hearing.

  2. Ronald says:

The False Story, implanted in Chris Kyle s book, was a calculated character assassination of Jesse Ventura, surly sold to Kyle as another act, of doing ones duty. Telling Kyle, that Ventura was a threat to the American Government, to the war effort, to the peace and dignity of the American Homeland. They most likely told Kyle, that Ventura was senile, and his public opposition to the Government/Media story line of 9-11-2001, undermined his time fighting the War on Terror, even gave aid and comfort to the real enemies, the AL-CIA-Da, forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Chris, an American Hero, with friends still in harms way, did not think twice, most likely said, You Guys Write it up, I will place it right in the middle, and sell it as if it were mine alone.

  3. Ronald says:

Well, here is the Truth about this matter.
The Lawsuit was not about Chris Kyle.
It was not about Jesse Ventura.
This was about the ‘WHO’ that motivated Chris Kyle to Move to discredit Jesse Ventura.
The ‘WHO’ had to kill Chris Kyle before he testified in Federal Court as to the ‘WHO’S’ IDENTITY,
which would uncover the ‘WHO’S’ MOTIVE.
This entire event, led directly to the death of Chris Kyle, an American Hero, by the ‘WHO’, to keep their never ending fraud alive and well.
This conclusion, plays right into the ‘WHO’s’ deceptive plan. It was a necessity to justify the Murder of Kyle.
What this entire episode in these American Heros lives, comes down to 1 TRUTH, which must be covered, stay dead, and buried. The Truth….
#1) The Government Performed the Attacks of 9-11-2001…..
#2) The ‘MEN IN BLACK’ had to Kill Chris Kyle so he was not able to reveal this fact, that they were the ‘WHO’, that manipulated an American Hero’s patriotic duty, to use his Hero status, during a Time of War, to discredit a Former Seal, Governor and TV Star, who had a hit show
that was gaining the American Public’s attention toward Conspiracy Theory, a program that was selling the Fraud of the 911 attacks, more and more…weekly.

The Operation started when some intelligence bureaucrat, tasked with stopping Former Seal, and Minnesota governor Jesse Venture, from raising awareness of the ridiculous conspiracy theory the US Government and Media used to explain the 911 operation.
The plan was to use another Seal, a Hero, right out of combat operations, to destroy the Public Persona and Credibility of a serious problem for the US police States of America, that grew out of the Conspiracy Theory of Al-CIA-da, engineering an attack on the Homeland.

  4. If JUSTICE were to be truly served, Jesse would get every penny and more………..The courts are trying to screw him out of the money.

And YES- the published has insurance which would pay every penny – its not coming from the “poor widow” and starving kids type nonsense.

The court reversal was retaliation for Jesses’ lawyers pointing out that the publisher would pay, not ” stealing from the grieving widow”.

Interesting, serial liar Kyle was in the process of divorcing her and working on cutting her OUT of all the proceeds from books, movies etc.

This story as presented qualifies as FAKE NEWS !

    1. Mitchell says:

Why cant Mr Kyle testify on his own behalf?

The court ruling DID NOT absolve the well-proven FACTS that Kyle made up the entire story about Ventura.

Kyle had become a serial liar and blowhard. He made up stories about being a sniper in Nnew Orleans, and of gunning down carjackers in Cleburne Texas – the Sheriff there said Kyle made this up, as well
