Watch College Students Fail BASIC Political Questions

When Ronald Reagan was confronted by a young liberal activist who told him the the youth are the future, he famously replied “if you’re the future, I’m selling my bonds.”

When you see the millennial enthusiasm for liberal policies, it’s hard not to be pessimistic. According to a Harvard University survey, which polled young adults¬†between ages 18 and 29, “51 percent of respondents do¬†not support capitalism. Just 42 percent said they support it.” Now, those numbers become more favorable towards capitalism when those millennials start getting jobs – but you have to realize that they support policies that make them less likely to be employed in the first place!

Here’s a depressing (yet hilarious) video, asking George Mason University students basic questions about politics. GMU is known for their political science and economic departments – yet even one of the International Politics students in the video couldn’t identify who Joe Biden is!

You have to see it to believe it:

You know – I think these kids are a little more than just politically-challenged…
