Two Fox News contributors from different sides of the aisle lobbed heavy criticism at President Obama for ignoring the slaughter of Christians in the Middle East – a clear case of religious persecution – the JV team of Islamic State terrorists.
Greta Van Susteren, a staunch critic of the President, responded to recent video of Ethiopian Christians being beheaded in Libya. In her Off The Record commentary, Van Susteren accused the President of burying his head in the sand. She implored him to take action against the genocide, but also assumed he probably wouldn’t and called on other world leaders to help.
“I don’t care who takes the lead. I just know what’s right. My generation just can’t continue to look the other way,” she said.
Next up was Kirsten Powers, a staunch supporter of the President, except seemingly in regards to Christians being slaughtered.
Powers appeared on The O’Reilly Factor to discuss 12 Christian men being thrown off a migrant boat after a group of Muslims saw them praying – an atrocity that caused her to pen a column saying those men were “left to drown by Obama.”
She shredded the President’s “mute” response when asked about the killings and asked, “If a Christian mob on a ship bound for Italy threw 12 Muslims to their death for praying to Allah, does anyone think the president would have been so disinterested?”
Powers told O’Reilly that it’s time for the President to admit there is a “religious cleansing” taking place and he needs to condemn it without justifying it through comments about the Crusades. Take a look…
What does it say about the his response to Christian killings when prominent pundits from both sides of the aisle team up to blast the President?
