Noah is a one year-old beagle mix who found himself on death row at animal control because he couldn’t use his back legs. But with the help and compassion of Atlanta Area Cub Scout Pack 513, Noah has a second chance at life.
The Cub Scouts stepped up to the challenge by building Noah a wheelchair, enabling him to walk and run with only two legs. Noah’s foster mom Vandie Enloe is thrilled with Noah’s adjustment to his new wheels and describes him as being a very happy dog.
