Chicken wings are a great snack to break out for many different occasions. But the flat part of the wing is a lot harder to eat than the drumstick! That is if you want to eat it without 1) getting wing sauce all over your hands and face and 2) leaving most of the meat on the bone. Well fear not internet because Chef John from Food Wishes has figured out how to eat those flat parts of the wing without losing a single morsel of that delicious meat!
Watch as he demonstrates the easy way to eat those tricky flat wings! Just twist and pull to remove the two bones inside, leaving you with 100% meat perfect for dipping! I can’t believe I’ve never thought of this before!
