Donald Trump Just Won South Carolina Primary When He Did This!

TrumpRally1

What a moment at Donald Trump’s Rally in North Augusta, South Carolina. Trump was interrupted by protesters, but members of the audience took action in the face of the protesters. Trump paused for a short while, then called the two men who took action up to the stage to thank them.

He let them both say some words. One of them said he is an Iraq War Veteran – two tours – and is now in law enforcement.

“I ain’t gonna lie to you, Donald, I kinda was a little iffy,” he admitted, before declaring “you’re the best we got by far.”

Trump also invited on stage the off-duty sheriff’s deputy who broke up the scuffle. He later identified himself as Thomas Andrews, of neighboring Richmond County in Georgia.

“I got two tours of Iraq,” Andrews said into the microphone to a loud ovation. “If it wasn’t for Mr. Trump right here, I don’t think any of us [veterans] would have the voice that we have.”

The crowd went wild! A great moment for those two men and for Donald Trump.

After watching this happen, it brought a smile to my face. Americans like this are what is making up the “silent majority no more” crowd at the Trump rallies.

  1. Chuck says:

Reporting that he has already won the SC Primary because of this days before the actual primary, could do one of two things. 1. Some of Mr. Trumps supporters will not show, because they will feel as if they will not need to, since he has already won, and other’s supporters will show to prove this report wrong. 2. All of the candidates will lose supporters for why show if it is already decided. Either way, this kind of reporting could negatively impact the primary. A better spin would be to say he responded well to protesters or was receptive to veterans at his rally.
