If this NBC/WSJ poll is real (which I doubt it is) we don’t have to wait long to find out. If Donald Trump wins South Carolina by five or more points then the poll was a joke. Think about it…if Sen. Ted Cruz is up nationally, then he should be up big in SC. So if Trump wins SC by several points, the “national poll” was just a hit piece by Rupert Murdoch.
Trump took issue with Murdoch as you will see in this excerpt from CNN Money:
“That phony Wall Street Journal poll that came out yesterday was, in my opinion, it was a fix….It was a Rupert Murdoch hit. It was just a Rupert Murdoch hit,” Trump told SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily on Thursday.
Murdoch responded to that accusation in a tweet on Thursday afternoon: “Trump blames me for WSJ poll, fights FoxNews. Time to calm down. If I running anti-Trump conspiracy then doing lousy job!” he wrote.
The poll, which shows Trump two points behind Texas Senator Ted Cruz among Republican primary voters, deviates significantly from other recent national polls that give Trump a commanding lead over the rest of the field. Polls from CBS News, Quinnipiac and USA Today/Suffolk conducted within the last week give Trump between a 15 to 20 points lead.
Check out the polls that just came out over the past couple of days with the starting out with the NBC/WSJ poll:
Even Trump’s Social Media director Dan Scavino tweeted this out when the NBC/WSJ poll was announced on all the major networks:
The Leftist Establishment Media is no longer interested in reporting or in telling the truth. They have an agenda to advance. They believe that somehow, they know what is best for this country and the rest of us must be “educated” in their way of thinking.
They still think they can manipulate public opinion with their usual propaganda and lies. Little do they know that this time, there is a wide awake electorate out there who are sick and tired of their dishonesty!
No longer is this news. It is propaganda. Communists and Nazi Germany were experts at this.
