Wounded Warrior & Double Amputee of Men’s Health Cover Fame Has Our Vote on #DWTS

You may know Army Sergeant Noah Galloway from his celebrated cover on Men’s Health magazine. But you may not know that he served in the 502nd Infantry of the 101st Airborne Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom where he lost most of his left arm and leg in an IED attack during his second tour of duty. Noah’s inspiring journey back from that traumatic day has earned him a bright and deserving spotlight.

Noah is not only an honored veteran of our Armed Forces but a family man. The 33 year old Alabama native has three children – 2 boys and a girl. He credits his kids as his inspiration to battle his way out of the darkness that surrounded him after he awoke from the explosion that took his limbs. In an interview with FOX411, Noah said, “I wanted to be a better father, better person, better man. I owe it all to my children.” Watch the video below to hear his story firsthand.

On the other side, Noah found a way to be happy and healthy – and also the strength to inspire others as both a personal trainer and motivational speaker. No doubt Noah has both the strength and endurance to keep up in the ballroom as he regularly participates in mudders, crossfit competitions, and distance races.

Noah has been paired up with the Australian ballroom favorite, Sharna Burgess, who joined DWTS in Season 16.  I don’t know about you – but I know who I’m rooting for this season.  My vote is for the guy who would give his life for this country and knows more about overcoming odds than any TV star or investment banker. Noah is a super hero in my book and I, for one, will be watching as he dances his way to victory in Season 20 of Dancing with the Stars!

Be sure to check back regularly to find out how Noah’s season progresses. Season 20 kicks off March 16th at 8pm eastern on ABC.

Will Noah have your vote?
