Flip Flop? Look What Fiorina Said About Cruz In January!

Breaking news: a politician contradicted themselves. In other news, the Pope is Catholic.

It’s barely even news when a politician flip-flops, but this election cycle has been insane in regards to ever changing opinions the candidates have had about one another. Donald Trump still refers to Ted Cruz as “Lyin Ted,” but won’t rule him out for a VP pick (Cruz on the other hand, said he would NOT be Trump’s VP). Ben Carson suffered numerous attacks from Trump, perhaps the lightest of which was when he was deemed to be an “OK doctor” by Trump – who somehow still later earned his endorsement.

Chris Christie stated that “Donald’s a great guy and a good person. But I just don’t think that he’s suited to be President of the United States,” then later endorsed him to be our President of the United States.

So no surprise, Carly Fiorina also once fiercely attacked the candidate she’s not rallying behind as his VP. Look what she said about him just a few months ago in January:

I would say that Ted Cruz is just like any other politician. He says one thing in Manhattan. He says another thing in Iowa. He says whatever he needs to say to get elected, and then he’s going to do as he pleases. I think the American people are tired of the political class that promises much and delivers much of the same.

Previously, Fiorina also told Fox News, “I find it odd that Sen. Ted Cruz did not renounce his dual Canadian citizenship until 2014 when it became clear he was running for president.”

Whether or not her criticism of Cruz is a valid one – look now whose saying whatever they will to get elected.

What do you think of Fiorina’s endorsement of Cruz? Will it help him win the nomination? Share your thoughts below!
