GOP Insider Tells Fox The Fix Is In To Deny Trump The Nomination!

Trump Just Voted

There is more evidence that the Republican Party’s plan to deny Donald Trump the GOP nomination at the convention in Cleveland is in full force! This despite Trump’s dominant night in the New York Primary!

According to former New York Senator Alfonse D’Amato, the GOP is planning on changing the convention rules to give Ohio Governor John Kasich a shot at the nomination.

From Breitbart:

On his Fox News program last night, Shepard Smith revealed a conversation he said he had with former New York Senator Alfonse D’Amato in which D’Amato was quoted as saying that the Republican National Committee will change the rules to give Gov. John Kasich a shot at the nomination.

Stated Smith:

I saw Al D’Amato in the lobby today. Um, Senator Alfonse D’Amato. I saw him down there. And he said they will change the rules. He said, “Shepard, they will change the rules and it will give Kasich a shot.” Now he’s a Kasich supporter. And I told him, I said, “I’m going to quote you on this.” And he goes, “Go right ahead.” They are going to change the rules.

Smith’s guest, Matt Viser, national political reporter for The Boston Globe, countered, “The problem with that, though, is first you alienate a lot of the supporters that Trump has…”

Smith interrupted Viser and stated, “Sure you do. But he said it. He was definitive about it.”

Given these latest developments, what steps should Trump take to ensure the RNC doesn’t attempt to rob him of the nomination on the convention floor? Share your thoughts with us below!

the dominant night DT had was delegates. he got 517,xxx votes out of 8.41 million population. cruz got 531,xxx in WI with 517 MILLion population. TRUMP GOT 220,000 LESS VOTES THAN BERNIE GOT! HC GOT OVER TWICE THE VOTES AS TRUMP. If there is soooo much enthusiasm for trump then how come Trump did much worse in his home state than Cruz did in his home state? no one looking at the real numbers that affect the general election.
