A home invasion in California went rather badly for the criminal when, despite repeated warnings by the homeowner to stay away from his house, the man still attempted to break in and was shot multiple times.
According to witnesses and the victim of the home invasion, the man repeatedly attempted to break in despite the warnings.
The intruder eventually broke a window and gained entry to the home, only to be shot dead.
Thank God the homeowner had a gun to defend his life and his home.
A resident shot and killed an alleged intruder during a possible attempted home invasion in Santa Clarita on Friday night, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The suspected intruder had been shot multiple times, deputies discovered. The unidentified man was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses and the informant told authorities the man was trying to break into the apartment, and ignored the resident’s repeated commands to leave.
Pro tip: If you’re going to break into someone’s house and the owner gives you a second chance by warning that he has a gun – go in the opposite direction.
