In what some are calling her “binders full of women” moment, Hillary Clinton failed miserably when asked what woman she would choose to replace Alexander Hamilton on the $10 bill.
First, when asked about the possibility of Maya Angelou being in the running for the $10 bill, Hillary couldn’t resist taking a cheap shot at Republicans.
“I was sort of amazed that the Republicans couldn’t think of one American woman,” she exclaimed.
Except, that wasn’t true. At all.
Though Jeb Bush went with a non-American in Margaret Thatcher, the rest of the GOP field named their choice of woman for the honor.
Rand Paul went with Susan B. Anthony, Scott Walker suggested Clara Barton, John Kasich chose Mother Theresa, Mike Huckabee suggested his wife, Ben Carson supported his mother, Chris Christie chose Abigail Adams, while Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump all voiced their support for Rosa Parks.
In fact, the only GOP candidate who declined to make a choice was the lone female on stage, Carly Fiorina.
With that said, Hillary followed up her completely false jab at Republicans by saying she could provide them a long list of choices if need be. But when asked who she would pick, Hillary was completely unable to name one single woman she’d put on the $10 bill.
Watch the hypocrisy in action…
Remember when Sarah Palin was destroyed in the media for answering the question ‘Which newspapers do you read?’ with ‘all of them?’ Well how’s this for vague?
TMZ reporter – “Who would you consider a good person?”
Hillary – “Oh, there’s a lot of them.”
Comment: Well we know who definitely shouldn’t be on the $10 bill. Who do you think would be a worthy choice?
