One of my favorite weekend pastimes is trying out a new recipe – onions are usually on the list of ingredients. Most times, I don’t feel like pulling out my food processor to mince one onion, so I opt for a sharp knife and cutting board.
However, the way I’ve been cutting onions for years leaves me teary-eyed with mascara sliding down my cheeks.
