Former Governor of Arkansas and potential 2016 Presidential contender, Mike Huckabee joined the chorus of negative responses to the President’s National Prayer Breakfast speech, saying Obama opposes every religious group with one exception – He has offered an “undying, unfailing support (for) the Muslim community.”
Huckabee didn’t solely say the President offers support to the oft-cited ‘majority of Muslims who oppose terrorism.’ Rather, he added, “It doesn’t matter whether it’s the radical Muslim community or the more moderate Muslim community.”
Huckabee was referring to President Obama’s comments in which he justified terrorists beheading and burning hostages because Christians once committed atrocities during the Crusades.
Everything he does is against what Christians stand for and he’s against the Jews in Israel. The one group of people that can know they have his undying, unfailing support would be the Muslim community. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the radical Muslim community or the more moderate Muslim community.
He can be defensive of Muslims and still be very, very clear in saying that the fanatical Muslims are the heart and soul of the war that is raging across this world and unlike what he said was the most dangerous threat in our nation right now in the state of the union, the truth is, he said our greatest threat was climate change. … I assure you that a beheading is much more than a sunburn and this president couldn’t watch a western from the ’50s and know the difference between the good guys and the bad guys, even if John Wayne was starring in the film.
Huckabee declared that Obama’s reaction to terrorist actions has been “nothing short of shocking.”
Do you think President Obama supports radical Muslims more than he supports other religious groups?
