Is there a B.S. cause Hollywood liberals won’t unite around?
The latest was Hillary Clinton for President, of course. And look how that turned out. How were they so wrong? They’re out of touch with the rest of America, of course. Just take a look at the statistics from this election.
There are 3,141 counties in the United States. Trump won 3,084 of them, compared to Clinton’s 57.
There are 62 counties in New York State. Trump won 46 of them. Clinton won 16.
Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.
In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond. Therefore, these 5 counties alone more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country. These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles, while the United States is comprised of 3, 797,000 square miles.
Those who can’t wrap their heads around why Hillary Clinton lost are living in a bubble, to say the least!
Actor Mark Wahlberg criticized his peers in an interview on Tuesday, saying that Hollywood is out of touch with reality and that people in the industry should keep their opinions to themselves.
“A lot of celebrities did, do, and shouldn’t [talk politics],” he told Task & Purpose magazine. “They might buy your CD or watch your movie, but you don’t put food on their table. You don’t pay their bills. A lot of Hollywood is living in a bubble. They’re pretty out of touch with the common person, the everyday guy out there providing for their family.”
Wahlberg said that he has spent most of his life around the common person.
“Me, I’m very aware of the real world. I come from the real world and I exist in the real world,” he said. “And although I can navigate Hollywood and I love the business and the opportunities it’s afforded me, I also understand what it’s like not to have all that.”
