The cost of a Bernie Sanders presidency keeps getting higher and higher as it is subjected to more analysis.
One of the most popular stories in the Wall Street Journal last year estimated the cost of a Sanders presidency at $18 trillion above our current levels of spending over the next ten years.
They estimated that his socialized healthcare plan would cost $15 trillion – but new estimates are placing the cost of that program alone at an additional $28 trillion in spending. Yikes.
He’s proposed a list of 19.3 trillion in tax hikes, but even that isn’t enough to fund everything he wants.
The meme below puts in perspective just how unaffordable a Sanders presidency would be – even if we tax the rich like we’ve never done before.

The country couldn’t afford eight years of Obama – and it certainly can’t afford even four of Sanders. Help get the word out and share this post on Facebook/Twitter.
