This THUG Jacked The Wrong Home And Got An Unpleasant Surprise!

Nobody ever said thugs were the smartest bunch in the room. Well, one thing couldn’t even read to save his own life, or at least get out of the trouble he was looking for.

“We don’t dial 911,” says the sign above the front door. Below that is a metal sculpture of a revolver.

One Indiana thug decided to press his luck by breaking in anyway while carrying a walkie-talkie and several sets of zip ties.

Just after noon, a mother heard somebody breaking into the baby’s room and armed herself with a handgun.

Police say the intruder fired first, but the mom fired more accurately, with multiple rounds striking him and putting him out of commission.

From Daily Mail:

The incident happened early Thursday afternoon at an Indianapolis home, which has a sign hanging out front that reads ‘We don’t dial 911’ and features a decorative gun hanging below.

When the mother heard the burglar coming through the window, she took out her pistol and a shootout ensued, with the intruder being hit multiple times, according to FOX 59.

‘He [burglar] broke in through the baby’s window, okay, and when he was coming out the door, my sister was coming out her bedroom door, he aimed and shot at her first and then she shot him,’ Eddie Ballard, the woman’s brother, told the station.

The intruder, who authorities said was also carrying zip ties and a walkie-talkie, was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It is not known what charges he might be facing.

The mother and baby were not harmed during the incident.

‘I think he definitely picked the wrong house,’ Edsel Ballard told the station.

It looks to me like the bugler, rapist, thief, whatever you want to call him could not read. He should have paid more attention in school. My favorite warning sign is, “Want to meet Jesus? Trespass here and I’ll give you the opportunity.”

Now watch this:

I want to read what you would have done if someone had kicked down your door while you were in your house watching over your children. What would have been your first reaction? Share your plan of action (below) in the comment section and add this story to your Twitter and Facebook timeline.
