When Donald Trump chose the path of running for the highest office in the land, he made it clear he wasn’t doing “Celebrity Apprentice” anymore because of the conflict of interest.
Well, NBC just found its new host and it’s the terminator — Arnold Schwarzenegger!
Wow. I’m blown away and honored by all your tweets. I can’t wait to bring my experience to the board room & raise millions for charity.

The acting icon and former governor was named as the host in a statement from NBC.
“Arnold Schwarzenegger is the epitome of a global brand in entertainment and business, and his accomplishments in the political arena speak for themselves,” Paul Telegdy, president of alternative and late night programming for NBC Entertainment, told ABC News in a press release.
The statement continued, “It was Arnold’s personal passion for the format that Mark Burnett and Donald Trump built over the last decade, as well as his fresh take on how to take it to new heights for today’s audiences, that made him the man to hire. The Celebrity Apprentice… will be back!”
The more I think about this, the more I am asking myself who is going to watch Celebrity Apprentice without Trump? Isn’t he why it became so popular in the first place?
Why do they need to continue with this program? The whole point of the normal Celebrity Apprentice is because… it was Trump. It’s like replacing The Fonz or Homer Simpson or Sheldon Cooper with someone else.
As governor for two terms, Schwarzenegger managed “more than 300,000 state employees and a state budget in the hundreds of billions,” the press release said. “He has successfully invested in both real estate and sports franchises, and is known to millions globally for his starring role in the Terminator film franchise.
