Typical politicians. Presumptive Democrat 2016 Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton landed in hot water recently. It was revealed that she secretly used her own private email account for official State business during her tenure as Barack Obama’s Secretary of State.
Besides all of the obvious problems this controversy raises, it turns out Hillary used to find the practice of using secret email accounts deplorable.
It’s 2007, and Hillary Clinton calls the use of secret emails “Constitution shredding” (around the 7-minute mark).
Our Constitution is being shredded. We know about the secret wiretaps, we know about the secret military tribunals, the secret White House email accounts….It’s a stunning record of secrecy and corruption, of cronyism run amok. It is everything our founders were afraid of, everything our Constitution was designed to prevent. [Clinton, via a DailyCaller transcript]
Like any good politician, Hillary Clinton thinks the rules apply to everyone else, not her.
What do you think? Will this hurt Hillary’s presidential campaign or will the liberal media cover up Hillary’s hypocrisy?
