Pollster Examined This One Thing about Trump’s Supporters and It Scared the Hell Out of Him!

Fox News pollster and focus group guru, Frank Luntz, initially tried to portray Donald Trump’s debate performance as the end of his candidacy by bringing in participants who were highly critical of the GOP frontrunner.

When that didn’t pan out, Luntz decided to analyze a group made up of Trump supporters. The results? Luntz walked away from his experiment with his legs “shaking” and issuing a dire warning to establishment Republicans.

Via Western Journalism:

He explained that the group’s 29 participants gave a number of strong reasons for supporting Trump, including one man who said he feels “someone is thinking the same way I am” when he hears the candidate speak.

Other common terms used to describe Trump included “tough” and “charismatic.”

“You guys understand how significant this is?” Luntz asked at the subsequent press conference. “This is real. I’m having trouble processing it. Like, my legs are shaking.”

After re-evaluating his position, Luntz suggested the Republican Party should do the same.

“I want to put the Republican leadership behind this mirror and let them see,” he concluded. “They need to wake up. They don’t realize how the grassroots have abandoned them. Donald Trump is punishment to a Republican elite that wasn’t listening to their grassroots.”

The results should come as no surprise. Trump has been focusing on strengthening immigration laws and securing the border, along with building up our military and supporting our veterans.

Comment: Do you think the Republican establishment is still underestimating those who support Trump? Do they still not understand why people support Trump over them?

Grassroots support didn’t abandon the Republican party; the party has abandoned the Grassroots. The Tea Party Movement was a successful effort to punish those who voted for ObamaCare only to be abandoned and ridiculed by Republicans too busy being progressives.

In 2014 the Grassroots gave the Republicans both Houses: with no net change in policy or programs. How many times are we supposed to be insulted by the Republican party before we rebel?

Trump might not be a rational choice for president but he has clearly touched a serious concern of millions of Americans that traditional politicians are unwilling or unable to address.

So why are the “traditional” (I’d call them establishment false conservatives) politicians and pundits (the liberal-wing of the Republican party) unwilling to address those issues. When you say “unable” to address, that tells me they should step down immediately, if they are “unable” to find their voice on the side of the people.

The Republican Party is not the party of Reagan, and the entire leadership and the majority of its pundits need to go. They are worse than liberal socialists Democrats, because at least the Dems don’t betray what they were elected to fight for.

Boehner, McConnell and individual members like McCane are some of the worse representatives of the Republican Party if that is the Republican Party is a more conservative leaning party. If they are democrat-lite, than they are a perfect fit to push Obama’s agenda to completely transform and destroy the America that we grew up with.
