Popular Conservative Reality TV Star Is Losing Fans After Endorsing THIS Candidate

Pawn Stars

Rick Harrison, the host of Pawn Stars, one of the most popular reality shows on television, has announced who he is supporting for president in the 2016 election, and he’s taking some heat for it.

In an interview with Fox and Friends, Harrison announced he was supporting Marco Rubio for president.

Harrison said the following about Rubio:

“…the entire time I talked to him, all he wanted to do was talk about people. He never mentioned the party once…this guy honestly cares about the American people, and free enterprise.

You’ve seen my show; I’m a history nut. If you look back, the number one thing that has always brought people out of poverty–no matter where they’re at in the world–is the ease of doing business. [Rubio] wants to make it easier to do business.”

While Harrison had previously endorsed Rubio, the move is getting more attention now as Rubio seemed to gain quite a bit of ground during and following the last GOP debate.

“I’m a celebrity and I do endorsements, and things like that. When you endorse a Republican, usually it’s suicide.”

Harrison isn’t the first celeb to face backlash for endorsing a conservative candidate or “coming out” as a Republican. Kelsey Grammar, Kelly Clarkson, James Woods, and Stacey Dash have all reported issues in Hollywood over their political views.

do not worry Rick I am sure you gained more fans than you lost and the ones you lost was not worth a damn any way or the would not have deserted you so quickly

  2. Aytac says:

How dare he support someone Liberals do not approve of!! What is he thinking?
If he has any sense he would endorse someone THEY support.
How reckless is it for a businessman to endorse a Republican candidate. This could mean one thing.
    Boycott!

  3. Vickie says:

Rubio wants to bring in foreign nationals to take what few jobs there are. Obama is importing Muslims for us to support or lose jobs to! To hell with the unlimited immigration politicians!

  4. Carol says:

  5. Aaron says:

This makes me like pawn stars even more

  6. Pete says:

I am equal all around. I don’t give a rats ass what a celebrity thinks. I know what I think and though I somewhat agree with him on the candidate, his opinion does not matter to me or influence me at all.

  7. Denny says:

Rubio is the only Candidate that has half a brain on either side of the two party isle, But (once again) I’ll be voting the 3rd party Constitution Candidate.

  8. Irene says:

I like his show very much and he has a right to say who he wants for PRESIDENT like i have a right to want Donald Trump.

  9. Adrian says:

Don’t you just love the openness of liberals? So much for free speech, ideas and elections.

Google “Two Minute Conservative” for clarity.

  10. Vicvod says:

I think anyone on TV should keep who they vote for to themselves. I could care less who he votes for and it would not affect my preference one way or the other. It’s a pity that the liberal media and Hollyweird spout there views on air to influence all the voters who know absolutely nothing about any issues.(See Obama voters) It’s a wonder any Conservatives get elected. God I hate liberal Hollywood.

Good for him; sometimes a person must sacrifice personally to help forge a better world for others; LIBERALISM MUST BE ERADICATED at all costs; it has failed the world for centuries; they are insane and just to arrogant to see it.
