It’s a simple way. A 25-minute walk, to be exact.
The study, highlighted by the St. George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in London, suggests that a daily, 25-minute walk could add SEVEN years to an average person’s life.
And the best part? Even late starters can obtain these health benefits. For example, someone in their seventies who embarks on a 25-minute walk a day program can expect to see positive changes in their health.
Of course, the great thing about walking is that it’s free! You don’t need fancy gym memberships or expensive spa treatments to get out in the fresh air.
