Dana Loesch, host of her self-named show on Blaze TV, appeared on CNN with Anderson Cooper and attempted to explain what is the driving force behind Donald Trump’s poll numbers.
“Donald Trump is a giant red-headed middle finger to the GOP establishment,” she said.
Loesch went on to analyze that “there is a reason why outsiders are rising to the top,” speaking of the surging poll numbers for candidates who have never been career politicians, such as the aforementioned Trump, as well as Dr. Ben Carson, and former Hewlett Packard CEO, Carly Fiorina.
“Outsiders, are not insiders,” Loesch continued. “They are not in the beltway. People are tired of the same old, same old.”
They are particularly tired of the “leadership” being offered by the Republican Party.
“And they are really dissatisfied with Republican Party leadership, John Boehner, Mitch McConnell,” Loesch opined. “They don’t like constant compromises they feel they shouldn’t have to endure anymore. Voters, they gave Boehner the House, gave McConnell the Senate and they want returns back.”
Do those returns mean an outsider will win the White House this election season?
Watch Loesch’ comments below…
Comment: Will the Republican party ever recognize why they’re losing standing amongst their conservative base? Or will Donald Trump have to continue giving the GOP a giant middle finger?
