I can admit when I am wrong, and I was wrong, that’s why I am writing, and Donald Trump is running for President. A good example of the kind of leader Trump will be showed itself as he knew better than to make Newt Gingrich his VP choice.
Former NY Mayor Rudy Giuliani spilled the beans on who was the leader of the “intervention” talk everyone was reading on the internet last night. Many had their doubts and suspicions, but Rudy gave up the goods during an interview on Thursday.
What sort of “intervention”? Kidnap him in a burlap sack, pistol whip him, steal his weave, and force him to quit on penalty of publishing full frontal pics? What are these nut jobs talking about
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani claims former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich is behind talk of an “intervention” to get Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump back on track.
“So first of all I find the word ‘intervention’ completely out of line,” Giuliani said on the Fox Business “Mornings with Maria” show, according to The Hill. “That word, I think, honestly I love him dearly, but I think that word was used by Newt in a memo that got around.”
Giuliani called “intervention” a “ridiculous word” to use in the current circumstances with respect to the Trump campaign.
“An intervention is for a drug addict and it’s for someone who’s an alcoholic and I’ve had to do them with people at times,” he said. “There’s nothing wrong with them, if that’s the case. Donald Trump doesn’t drink or smoke, by the way. We don’t have that problem.”
According to the former presidential candidate, he meets with Trump often to discuss issues and make suggestions.
“It is not that different than any campaign I have ever been in, including my own, in which I made changes probably 20 times,” Giuliani said. “It’s an evolving campaign.”
Trump feels differently about his campaign’s direction:
Hey, Newt! It is time for us to come together as a nation and rid our government of corruption. We must start by stopping Hillary from reaching the White House. It doesn’t matter what race you are or what your political affiliation is. We must work together for the common interest.
We are not racists or bigots for wanting to protect our country from illegal immigration. If they are here illegally, they are criminals. We are not racists or bigots for wanting to protect our country from radical Islamic terrorism.
We have to make America Great again. Donald Trump is our last chance to save our nation from globalism. We must act now. We must support Donald Trump.
