Two Vietnam Veterans Marching More than 300 Miles to Support Sgt. Tahmooressi

.

63-year-old Lance Cpl. Terry Sharpe and his friend Allen Brown are two veterans of the Vietnam War who are marching towards Washington, D.C. to deliver a message to President Barack Obama: Get Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi out of that filthy Mexican prison!

As Sharpe told Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren (above):

I want to tell the president to make that call, I’m bringing a phone to him…Free Sgt. Tahmooressi,” Sharpe told Fox News’s Greta Van Susteren.

Tahmooressi has been behind bars for more than 6 months on bogus gun charges, and his health is deteriorating. The President could have him released him with a single phone call to Mexican government officials, but he has refused to do so.

It looks like they will be successful in their walk, as they are in Virginia… only about 1 week’s walk away from the White House. And, because of this appearance, other veterans have tried and will join the veterans on their patriotic march.
