BREAKING: Federal Court Just Made A MASSIVE Decision – Changes 2016 Election!

voter ID

A federal appeals court turned down a request by three states who were asking for the right to ask voters for their identification before voting in the General Election. You would think an ID goes together with voting like ice cubes and tea but something is going on in America, and you all need to know about it.

This court’s action is unbelievable! Absolute total corruption everywhere. I guarantee you if the Republicans don’t win this election, they will never win another one. That’s a hell of a gig, just appoint crooked Democratic judges who will pass laws that allow anyone to vote under any circumstances. Goodbye, Republican Party.

Liberal courts brought to you by the Obama administration. It is illegal to vote if you are an illegal alien, so why is it illegal to ask for ID? We need a massive change in the courts sooner rather than later. It should not matter what you party affiliation is when you are a judge. They are there to interpret laws, not make them. The Supreme Court has so overstepped its authority on many occasions, and so have the lower courts. That is one reason this election is so important.

From Newsmax:

A federal appeals court has blocked Kansas, Georgia, and Alabama from requiring residents to prove they are U.S. citizens when registering to vote using a national form.

The 2-1 ruling late Friday is a victory for voting rights groups who sued a U.S. election official after he changed proof-of-citizenship requirements on the federal registration form at the behest of the three states.

Other states only require people registering to vote to swear they are citizens, not show documentary proof.

A federal judge in July refused to block the requirement while the case was being decided.

The League of Women Voters and civil rights groups argued that the conditions could lead to the “mass disenfranchisement” of thousands of potential voters — many of them poor, African-American and living in rural areas.

I don’t get this. You have to show ID for about everything, but they don’t want it to be a requirement for voting which I think is pretty important. Yep, makes perfect sense.

Having to citizenship requirement to vote means our elections are open the entire world. Open borders means people can come from all around the world and vote who they want to be president of our country. That’s one GIANT LEAP toward a one world government, don’t you think?

There is only one reason anybody would want to block the proof of citizenship voting requirement and of course that would be to allow illegals to vote.

Do you agree voters should show their IDs if they are going to vote in U.S. Elections? Why do you think the courts stop using common sense when addressing this issue? Share your opinions below in the comment section.

When federal courts have been so corrupted and politically biased that justice no longer prevails, that arm of government is contaminated and being used against, not for, America. A federal appeals court has blocked Kansas, Georgia, and Alabama from requiring residents to prove they are U.S. citizens when registering to vote using a national form. Want to make any bets on which candidate will win Kansas, Georgia and Alabama with illegals and even the dead being able to vote? If Democrats complete their agenda of picking federal judges, then the Democrat party will have final ‘vote’ on everything. Think it is frustrating to prove ID fraud is occurring and still be told IDs are not needed? Just wait until they come for your weapons…

Federal judges can’t decide States laws and rights. Floriday requires ID to vote in all precincts and so does Ga.
