NFL football player and devout Christian, Tim Tebow, took the time to visit sick kids at the Wolfson Children’s Hospital recently.
One fan, his bed decked out in Florida Gators gear, Tebow’s college team, was overwhelmed that Tebow would take the time to visit him. He had a tough time speaking and couldn’t hold back the tears.

Tim Tebow’s play has come under harsh criticism over the years, but no one has ever called into question the fact that he is a really nice guy. The above video has gone viral and with good cause. Tebow recently paid a visit to Nathaniel, a young Florida Gators fan at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. Nathaniel was so overwhelmed when the SEC Network analyst entered the room that it took him almost 2 minutes to even speak, eventually saying, “Thank you for visiting me.”
The response on Twitter was overwhelming.
“If this doesn’t bring a tear to your eye,” one person said, “nothing will.”
One comment said, “This increases my respect for him as a human being.”
“The guy is a real hero,” read another.
Comment: What do you think of Tim Tebow’s legacy – Will he be defined more by the man he was off the field, or the man he is on the field?
