The CEO of an Ohio bakery has had enough of political correctness and assaults on religious freedom. So, he hung up a sign that is getting quite a reaction.
Troy Schuler put up a sign stating the bakery’s policy regarding the holidays. They celebrate Christmas and are thankful for our those who protect us. And they share those sentiments with their customers.
“Notice. This store is politically incorrect. We say Merry Christmas, God Bless America, we salute our flag & give thanks to our troops, police officers and firefighters. If this offends you, you are welcome to leave. In God We Trust.” — Schuler’s Bakery, Trent A. Schuler (CEO/Owner)
As you can imagine, there have been mixed reactions to this sign. Liberals who don’t respect the First Amendment are obviously upset, while those fed up with political correctness are celebrating a private business owner’s right to speak his mind.
Would you be more inclined to shop at a business that posted a sign like this? Please share your thoughts.
